was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia with her parents, Mike and Linda and her two brothers, Mike Jr. and Ryan. Through athletics, she learned at a young age the basic principals of hard work and dedication. After graduating from Wheeling Central Catholic high school, Christy went on to play basketball for Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio. Upon completion of her Bachelor of Science Degree, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was able to put herself through graduate school by working full time and taking a full course load in the evenings. Christy graduated from Albizu University with a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She was awarded the honor of "Utmost Distinction" which is given to a student who obtained straight A's throughout the entire duration of their program, as well as unanimously voted for this consideration by the professors of their particular concentration.
Christy is the founder and owner of Platinum Fundraising. She considers it a blessing and a privilege to have a job that allows her and her co-workers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Through adhering to the basic principles of hard work, honesty, integrity and dedication to her dream, Platinum Fundraising has continued to grow significantly every year since the company's embarkation.
